Hear me out, I don’t think fast travel is necessary in U2. The map is pretty small to begin with. And that’s on top of the map still gradually opening up to you as you progress through the game while your car also gets quicker. Plus no fast travel encourages you to explore the map and learn its intricacies like shortcuts, hidden races, outruns, shops, etc. If anything, fast travel should be limited and earned. Like you can only fast travel to shops you’ve discovered, or only to roads you’ve driven. Lowkey fast travel would work really well as an endgame unlock.

As a kid I jokingly thought “M” in M-Spec could have stood for “Motorsport” because of the luxurious aspirations of the trim lol. Capt. Bradford’s sources is as good as it gets I suppose.

I don't know that translation of M-spec being Mature sounds like a basic Google translate translation and Google translate like Wikipedia isn't always correct. That's like saying we all thought that RB meant race bred but it actually means right born, it just doesn't make sense. M-Spec being Mature is false advertising because nothing about the R34 Skyline GT-R is meant to be mature, it's a homologation road going race car there's nothing mature about it.

I'm 21 y/o now The 34 gtr was my dream car I was 6 y/o, blue 34 GTR at a used car dealership, we always pass by that place. I always keep praying to God for my dad would buy it lol (he could but he couldn't) (the car was so fking affordable too) after a year, the car is no longer there I was sad now I'm here, thinking of buying one, would be fucking impossible cause of kids glorifying it on YT then TikTok

I think the V-spec does stand for victory, yeah that Ford GT does look cool, and I quite like the latest WRX, in a world of suvs/crossovers I'm happy some saloons/sedans are being made.

You should take what Bradford says with a grain of salt. He doesn’t think that final gears has anything to do with acceleration. (3.545 vs 4.11) The initial "M" was named with multiple meanings, including "MAN (adult sensibility)," "MAXIMUM (the best driving pleasure)," and "MEISTER (the craftsman's commitment)."

You just need a engine get a vortec 4200 exhaust alone no turbo sounds just like it so imagine it with the turbo

I’m 100% getting either an R34 GTT/GT4 or GTR, i’d be down to roll with you if you’re close and have yours. I plan on getting the Mines green carbon bits, full GTR interior with MFD, Mines RB26 or at least whatever they have, 6spd swap and 4:11 gears, V-CAM or just stick with the RB25 NEO. I watch these cars daily on YT, auctions, sales etc

I'm heading to Japan for a few years and will be looking for probably an R-33 GTR while I am there. The prices on R-34s are insane and while I could swing it, I can't see paying 3x the price for a slight performance bump. I plan to leave the car as is.
